What you'll be doing?Studio and OB lighting setup: Set up and operate lighting equipment and manage power planning for all productions in the studio and on-location shoots.
Creative collaboration: Work closely with producers, cameramen, and CCU operators to determine and implement suitable lighting effects that enhance the overall production quality.
Equipment maintenance: Take responsibility for the repair and maintenance of lighting fixtures, power supplies, and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
Deadline-driven work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Who are they looking for?Educational background: Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Radio, Television, Film, Digital Media, and/or Technical Art from a recognized institution in Hong Kong or equivalent.
Relevant experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in lighting operations for television production or theatrical performances.
Candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.
Language proficiency: Demonstrate working-level knowledge of spoken Cantonese and English, as well as written Chinese and English.
This is essential for effectively following production scripts and communicating with team members and guests.
Flexible availability: Be prepared to provide 24-hour, 7-day operation/maintenance/production service to meet customer needs.
