**Job Description**:
The Logistics Manager ? E-commerce and Warehouse Operation is to lead the full scale of warehouse and ecommerce logistics operation team in Macau to achieve industry best practice and match or exceed clients? requirements in the most cost effective manner. The role will also play a criterial role in driving the continuous improvement of warehouse and last-mile delivery operation and design and implement new logistics solution to clients.

Job Description:
Head the team to plan, execute and monitor warehouse and e-commerce logistics operation and service standards to clients, covering both B2 B and B2 C operation models
Establish and improve SOPs and conduct regular KPI analysis and reporting to management to ensure effective operation
Lead the development of logistics solution, operation & system flow for new customers/ operations as needed
Responsible for the roll out of logistic systems (WMS & TMS) for customers
Identify areas of operational enhancement and initiate internal project to drive continuous operation enhancement across existing operations
Support implementation of business strategy plan over assigned duties such as:
warehousing operations, training and/or deployment of new technology, site audits, etc

Role Requirement:
Minimum 7 years? experience including Warehouse Operation, E-commerce Logistics or Process Improvement, or System Implementation,ideally in 3 PL and/or Retail sectors
Experience in implementation and improvement of warehouse/transportation management system or operation process enhancement
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, entrepreneurial responsibility and team steering
Innovative, assertive, customer-oriented and analytical
Work location:
Macau with housing package provided
