Responsibilities
Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, sea freight & ocean freight booking form, etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations
Familiar with Warehouse Management System
Familiar with Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
Maintain strong liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle day-to-day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims
System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems
Qualifications
DSE or above
At least 1 year relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with fulfillment services experience
Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiar with computer skills
A good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
