**Job Description**:
Job Summary

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for monitoring and handling the daily shipment operation and inspection schedule arrangement. He/ She needs to deal and co-ordinate with vendors/factories, forwarders and carriers for quotation and shipment arrangement. Provide the instruction in terms of shipping document and any license/ permit required by the destination team.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure the standardization of execution to serve both origin and destination needs in a more proactive and consistent way. This includes:
Proactively follow up with factories on the upcoming exit shipment
Ensure the accuracy of the documents
Timely and accurate update in the system
Notify and alert the proper parties for discrepancies and errors
Take proper action in Tradecard according to the assigned work flow to ensure the accurate and timely SOR review

Handle full set of import and export shipping documents
Coordinate with forwarder, transportation company and arrange shipment
Coordinates with overseas suppliers and internal parties
Provide status update in terms of shipping status and milestone
Proactively tracking and updating the urgent/hot delivery request
Ensure vendors are in compliance to our logistics procedures to arrange shipments

**Requirements**:
Diploma or above in Shipping / Logistics Management or other related field
At least 2-3 years? relevant experience; preferably in garment industry
Responsible, mature, well-organized and detail-minded
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive working attitude. A good team player
Good command of written& spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is preferred
