**Job Description**:
Job Summary
To support the logistics team, including all arrangements related to international freight, warehousing, local transportation, inventory management, courier service, and reverse logistics, ensure all shipments are on-time delivery and provide the related service to achieve brands? targets.

**Job Description**:
Provide a full spectrum of administrative (including creating invoices/sales confirmations) and Logistics support to achieve sales target
Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering (e.g. order entry, delivery follow-up, goods return request, stock disposal and invoice preparation)
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all order-related issues
Coordinate with warehouse operation and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders
Responsible for monitoringand controlling stock levels and inventory transactions for all brands
Coordinating with the Supplier and relevant parties for shipment arrangement
Warehouse Management

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in the Warehouse / Logistic field
Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
Teamwork, Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded, patient and strong communication skills
Immediate availability is preferred.
