Client: 1) Leading Brands of Fast Moving Consumer Goods - Electronics, Cosmetics, 3) Telecommunication Service Provider, 4) Hotels & Airlines, 5) Freight Forwarder
Position:
Customer Service Representative (Customer Care Center / Shops)
Customer Service Officer (Call Center CS Hotline)
Responsibilities: To be based at assigned CS Center, Call Center to provide assistance to customers, handle enquiries on company products, etc. No selling.
5-day work. $12-20 K basic salary, medical, bonus, allowance
Requirements
Secondary educated or above
Min. 1 year front-line / call center customer service experience
Relevant experience in consumer electronics / telecom / hospitality preferred but not a must.
Good customer service skills and/or phone manner.
Excellent communication skills and working attitude
Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
Good experience in computer application
