Responsibilities

Handle enquiries, understand customer needs, and prepare quotations, contracts, and event orders.
Responsible for corporate and wedding planning, as well as event proposals for clients.
Meet potential clients, conduct site inspections, and deliver presentations professionally.
Coordinate with the banquet operation team and follow up on logistics pre-event to ensure smooth execution.
Identify business opportunities and maximize revenue through effective sales strategies, monitoring sales activities.

Requirements

At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or relevant disciplines.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills, and team player.
Self-motivated, sales-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
