Regional IT services and solutions provider Job Description Implementation, operations and maintenance of Networks services and all other related network management, hosting infrastructures & monitoring system to 6 Qty DCs across Kwai Chung, Tseung Kwan O and Chai Wan areas. Conduct period service quality checks to ensure the quality of network service achieved is within the SLA figure committed to customers. Also to implement preventive measures for improving service performance. Liaise with local service providers and partners in overseeing the ordering and implementing of OLLC for customer projects. Oversee day-to-day operations activities, such as preparing network diagrams, asset and inventory lists, BCP/IT DR plans, security incident response plans/procedures, CR procedures, vulnerability/patch management, access policies, DC facilities preventive maintenance plans, visitor policies, physical access procedures, Operations SOP, training procedures, and log review procedures. Conduct service reviews with outsourced vendors/contractors and review SLA figures committed. Post-mortem review with customers and drive for improvement plans. Support TD for new budget requirements and actively participate in tracking OPEX and CPAEX budgets, proactively analyzing variances. Assigned additional duties as covering Ops Manager of HKG 24x7 NOC, in the absence of the current NOC Ops Manager. Job Requirements Degree in Engineering / IT related field. At least 3 years in Telco/IT environment. Good MPLS/IP networking skills. Strong in transport services (SDH, ADM, Carrier Ethernet). CCNA &/or JUNOS certification. Good oral and written English. Independent and knowledgeable to prioritize tasks when handling multiple faults and projects simultaneously. Tactful when fronting and handling customers’ complaints and driving for prompt service resolution. Drive major incident resolution and post-mortem improvement plans with both internal and external stakeholders. Exhibit vendor and service contractor management skills.
