Leading IT & Engineering solutions company Job Description • Plan and design the workflow for new projects, major in logistics and fulfilment services• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and clients• Prepare cost model• Manage service delivery to one or multiple clients• Promote the continuous improvement on operation efficiency improvement on operation efficiency service quality and customer satisfaction• Perform analysis on utilization of resource• Responsible for project management and implementation• Handle new tasks assigned Job Requirements • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder or above• At least 1 year of working experience• With good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point• Good communication skills, detail-oriented and sensitive to figures• Prior exposure to logistics industry will be an advantage• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
