Requirements
Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
Minimum 5 years' in building maintenance of shopping arcade or commercial building
Lead the technical team to carry out routine and preventive maintenance
Candidates with less experience and / or lower academic qualification will be considered for the post of Assistant Maintenance Officer
