Key role:
Support the management accounting team in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Conduct financial analysis for decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Compile financial reports with recommendations.
Analyze financial data for performance review.
Coordinate with departments for annual budget preparation.
Develop financial models for analysis.
Perform due diligence on business targets. Identify information needs and enhance accounting systems.
Stay updated on accounting practices and ensure compliance.
Support ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
3 years/+ of management accounting experience.
Strong presentation and report writing skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, initiative, teamwork, and independence.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Knowledge of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
