This role will be involved in supporting various aspects of the business, focusing primarily on data analytics, and fund reporting. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders such as investors, regulators and service providers Assist in drafting and updating various fund materials, such as pitch books, fact sheets, newsletters Perform portfolio data analytics, such as performance analysis and portfolio breakdown, to support fund reporting Participate in various projects and initiatives to improve the firm's operational efficiency and to enhance the quality of our deliverables. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics or a related discipline.1-2 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry (e.g., professional audit firms, banks, asset management companies). Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, including Excel VBA, Bloomberg, and Fact Set Has a genuine passion for designing, formatting, and building presentation slide decks. Good work ethic, reliable, organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English.
