This comprehensive and dynamic journey will provide you with in-depth exposure to the bank's operations, products, and services, while enhancing your leadership, analytical, and client management skills.
The program will focus on three core functional streams: Client Services – Gain hands-on experience in servicing corporate clients, assisting existing Relationship managers, managing transactions, and ensuring operational excellence.
Credit – Develop expertise in credit proposals, analysis and risk assessments Relationship Management – Learn how to build and maintain client relationships, understand client needs, and support business development.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in structured rotations across Client Services, Relationship Management, Credit functions and other relevant functions.
Collaborate with teams to support daily operations, client interactions, and strategic initiatives.
Assist in preparing client presentations, credit proposals, and market research.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
Work closely with RMs and internal departments, including credit, compliance, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience, and effective problem resolution in transactions, systems, and account opening issues.
Facilitate trade finance transactions and collaborate with other teams to enhance service quality in order to enhance client satisfaction.
Provide additional support to the team as when required.
Attend internal and external training programs, including ECF certifications and trade finance modules (e.g., GTC, UCP 600, CTFP).
Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's in business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines Knowledge in trade finance market infrastructure and industry norms1 -2 years relevant experience with strong customer-focused mindset and a commitment to service excellence CFA/CPA candidates are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with different teams and departments.
Excellent command of English and Chinese communication skills, both written and verbal.
