Job Duties
Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute aggressive strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income.
Negotiation & Leasing: Handle leasing negotiations, renewal negotiations, and lease documentation.
Market Research: Analyze market trends to recommend competitive rental pricing and identify new business opportunities.
Tenant Management: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, address inquiries, and improve retention rates.
Financial Reporting: Prepare annual budgets, performance reports, and cash flow projections.
Requirements
Experience: Generally requires 8-10+ years of relevant leasing experience, specifically in industrial properties.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Licensing: Valid EAA license preferred.
