Key Responsibilities
Lead omni-channel marketing strategies, including content creation and social media management, to enhance brand awareness.
Independently plan and execute customer events, overseeing all aspects from planning to evaluation.
Manage customer relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or related fields are preferred.
At least 3 years of combined experience in marketing promotion and customer event planning & execution, with independent new media operation cases; experience in the coworking space industry is a plus.
Familiar with the local Hong Kong market environment; possess excellent event planning ability, copywriting skills and on-site execution ability, capable of independently completing the entire event process, and have the ability to integrate and optimize diverse promotion channels.
Good communication and coordination skills, strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit; proactive, detail-oriented, rigorous and responsible in work.
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
