This role involves promoting the image of HKUST and highlighting the achievements of its faculty, students, and alumni through various media channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative proposals to drive positive publicity among local, mainland, and international audiences. Prepare press collaterals and craft clear, effective messages. Identify and mitigate potential negative media coverage with a strong understanding of current affairs and social sentiments. Lead the in-house video producer or external vendors in creating diverse content tailored to different audiences and media platforms to expand the University's presence. Qualifications: Over 7 years of professional experience in communications, media, and marketing. Proven track record in writing and editing. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Strong computer literacy and excellent project management skills. Good media sense and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
