We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager / Assistant manager to join our Travel Retail and Distribution Markets team in Hong Kong. This position requires to be independent in handling key accounts and provide guidance to the team if needed. It also plays a critical role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, enhancing and expanding our presence in the competitive market and beyond. The ideal candidate is passionate about wholesale operations, skilled in managing accounts, and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability within the channel. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies. Business Development: Actively seek new opportunities to expand the wholesale network by identifying potential partners and cultivating long-term relationships. Order Management: Oversee order processing, inventory allocation, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless operations. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports, analyze account performance, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of business plans. Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ad-Hoc: Any ad-hoc projects as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a manager in sales/business development within the wholesale or retail industry (7+ years preferred). Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager. Experienced in people management Strong understanding of wholesale operations, sales processes, and account management. Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Experienced in SAP is preferred Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
