Requirements: Bachelor Degree holder or above;  At least 5 years of relevant channel management or sales management experience in the financial industry, preferably with experience in the PRC; Solid and hands-on experience in expanding and coordinating institutional channel accounts for investment purposes; Good knowledge in business performance analysis and enhancement of sales services; Good understanding of the market situation, statutory requirements and procedures, business practices in the PRC; Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the potential clients and industry counterparts in the PRC; Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills; Highly motivated individuals with strong leadership and management skills; Fluent in Mandarin.
