We are seeking a Data Centre Operation Manager Your new role Lead and mentor a team of IT Infrastructure operations engineers and data centre operators.
Oversee the end-to-end operations and monitoring of the Data Centre IT infrastructure.
Serve as the escalation point for data centre operators and manage high-severity incidents.
Ensure all activities adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal policies.
Manage and monitor data centre IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
Ensure 24/7 operational readiness, availability, and escalation management.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Telco/ICT industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of data centre operations, infrastructure, and environmental systems.
Familiarity with server, storage, and network services operations.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2) are preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
