This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities Manage and govern the IT Change Programme to ensure successful delivery of the 60+ change initiatives from the IT Operating Model review.
Proactively keep track the implementation progress and project budget, of the implementation and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance and advice to the project teams and change leads, ensuring that they have the necessary support and guidance to achieve their goals Identify and manage potential risks that could impact the success of the IT Change Programme Conduct regular project healthiness checks for selected projects to evaluate the quality, governance, project management practices etc.
Provide feedback and recommend improvement areas to project managers Champion the adoption of standard project management practices and Agile methodologies across project teams through coaching/training.
Continuously evaluate and enhance AAIT project management practices by incorporating the latest industry's best practices Provide support to the Senior Manager, IT Programme and Change Management in evaluating the cross functional and departmental strategic initiatives to ensure value alignment, establish KPI and facilitate effective measurements.
Identify critical interdependencies and prioritise initiatives accordingly.
