You Will Be Responsible For

Implementing Hotel, Office and Residential (HOR) / Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) developments and other property developments in West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD).
Contributing to land administration / planning matters in WKCD.
Contributing to business planning of property developments in WKCD.
Collaborating with relevant stakeholders in preparation for public-private partnership development tenders and related agreements.
Cooperating with development and operation partners and monitoring their performance.
Managing the quality and timely delivery of project feasibility studies and consultancies.
Providing support to Management to resolve complex development issues with a creative mindset.
Supporting Management in reporting to senior management, the Board, and its Committees.
Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

You Should Have

A recognized university degree in real estate, surveying, business, finance, or related disciplines.
Preferably a member of relevant professional institution (e.g., HKIS / RICS).
Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in land and property development, especially in relation to public organization projects and liaising with the Government on land and property matters.
Experience liaising with developers on development and operation requirements, interfaces, and programs.
Experience in procuring and managing consultants.
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in written communication.
