A professional qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.At least 3 years supervisory experience in managing people for accomplishment of maintenance works.Registered Electrical Worker (Grade C).Must have initiative, good communicate skill in Chinese and English and be capable of working independently.Sound Knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations as well as professional engineering practices.Hands-on experience in computing.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager (Maintenance – Building Services).Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates.
