Job Responsibilities Health insurance policy administration, focusing on new business & renewal policy proposal requirements assessment, systems & processes change requirements, policy setup and implementation in policy administration and claims systems Health product development and implementation, contributing to product design & development with inputs identified & consolidated for operations & servicing, testing and implementation in the policy administration and claims systems Work closely with internal IT teams, external IT vendors and outsourced service providers to develop, test and implement the necessary capabilities for the policies/products Support the policy services team, working with other involved functions in operations & servicing, IT and client management, to resolve incidents and customer feedback/complaints Monitor, prioritize and manage the systems backlogs for the policy administration systems Monitor and assist in reporting on the performance of the outsourced service providers Represent the policy services function in regulatory compliance projects and other cross-department projects (within as well as beyond operations & servicing)   Requirements At least 7 years’ solid experience in health insurance operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Diploma or above, preferably with insurance-related qualifications, e.g.

FLMI Proven track record of handling projects, process documentation & improvement, and systems changes, working with IT, vendors and stakeholders, developing user requirements and test cases for system, and conducting UAT Knowledge of AS400 is preferred Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and attention to details Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to be engaged in multiple projects to meet tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Strong PC skills (e.g.

Excel and Word)
