Assist in the strengthening of communications capabilities of internal stakeholders. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of a constructive working relationship with the media and other external stakeholders, such as government, district councils, legislative councils, political parties, etc. Recommend and execute effective communication and PR plans and simultaneously spot potential issues relating to such promotion to avoid negative impact. Manage issues, incidents and media enquiries. Serve as a senior editor of press releases and other communication materials related to the responsible departments. Requirements: A degree holder in Communications or related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience in journalism or public relations. Solid experiences in media relations and public affairs as well as a strong network with the media and other relevant stakeholders such as government, district councils, legislative councils, political parties, etc. Rich experience in issues management. Critical thinking and strategic mindset. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
