Responsibilities Prepare yearly budget and mid-year forecast for trade, aligning with corporate directions and targets. Lead the SP team to ensure trade achieves cost efficiency, maintains market share, and provides optimal network options for both Eastbound and Westbound trade. Conduct and provide guidance on market research and analysis projects to support day-to-day commercial decisions. Conduct ad-hoc analysis or coordinate target setting and performance in management reports. Prepare yield assessments for various market segments and provide suggestions. Monitor cost changes and risk exposure across various factors. Implement model ship, collaborate with concerned parties on annual target setting, and monitor fulfillment. Review PL and liaise with concerned parties for proper cost allocation and adjustment. Requirements University graduate in Business, Logistics, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in a Container Liner Shipping Company. Good communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus. Competency in Windows applications. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel (like Pivot Table), is a definite asset. Sensitive to figures.
