Having seen tremendous growth across its APAC business this past few years,our client is looking to add a Manager to their Forensicteam in Hong Kong. This role will be working with our client's banking clients where you willengage in a diverse range of complex assignments, concentrating onrelated trade surveillance, communication monitoring, data systems, exchanges, & related/supporting - operating models, and people &process.
To be successful in this position, you will possess some ofthe expertise set out below:
Minimum of 5 years' working experience as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, financial advisory firmor a financial institution.Experience investigating and analyzing data for legal or regulatory purposes that has involvedconducting trade surveillance, communication monitoring, and data systems to uncover evidence of fraud or misconduct.Experience working withfinancial data to identify irregularities or fraudulent activities having worked with exchanges and other financial systems to trace transactions and detect anomalies.Experience conductinginvestigations into financial irregularities, utilizing your expertise in trade surveillance, data systems, and communication monitoring.Experience working closely with clients to improve their operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance. This can include evaluating and optimizing processes related to exchanges and other financial operations.Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; excellent written and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of staff.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
