Our Client is a leading company in the beauty & wellness industry, having sizable operations in Hong Kong & China. Responsibilities: This role will oversee the Hongkong region, report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and work closely with the Managing Director, who is based in HK, HQ. Monitor regional trends in recruiting and define critical key points of an effective and efficient talent acquisition process. Establish and ensure rollout of new processes and tools throughout talent acquisition teams to support regional/country recruitment strategy. Fully activate and improve channels to market, e.g. website, social media, and job boards. Develop and test talent acquisition solutions and introduce them as appropriate, e.g. social media sourcing, pipelining, and talent pooling. Effective management and development of a team of talent acquisition specialists. Apply full life-cycle management for talent acquisition solutions to plan and deliver effectively in agreed timeline. Develop and implement a direct sourcing led talent acquisition approach to build pipelines and talent pools. Continuously evaluate talent acquisition channels and tools and apply to target markets. Provide advisory expertise in the area of recruiting for successful local implementation. Define and monitor KPIs to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency. Capture insights into recruiting activities and tracking against targets. Recruitment budget management. Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in management or Business Administration. Minimum of 8-10 years working experience in talent acquisition mode on an international level, preferably in the area of life science and/or pharmaceutical industry/FMCG/Retail industry. Both agency and in-house experience is a plus. Solid experience of leading & developing a regional talent acquisition team. Extensive knowledge of trends and characteristics of the talent market, recruitment channels, KPIs, and user knowledge of recruitment tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within regional teams and to manage complex projects. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Being innovative and creative, and resilient.
