What You’ll Do
Manage and grow Telegram / Discord / We Chat communities
Act as Mandarin-speaking point of contact on Zoom calls
Engage with users daily (support, feedback, conversations)
Plan & execute user acquisition campaigns (KOLs, referrals, communities)
Identify & onboard crypto influencers (KOLs) and partners
Localize content (website, messaging, campaigns) for Chinese audience
Run marketing across platforms like X (Twitter), Xiaohongshu, Bilibili
Track performance (user growth, engagement, CAC)
Who You Are
Fluent in Mandarin + English
Experience in crypto / Web3 / fintech
Strong in community building + growth execution
Comfortable managing KOLs and partnerships
Understands Chinese crypto ecosystem
