Company Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The Assistant Bar Manager will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling food and beverage service, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include staff training, managing sales, monitoring inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring beverage quality. This role requires working closely with the bar manager to achieve operational excellence and to develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
