Responsibilities: Business data analysis, system testing & monitoring, report preparation, Power Point presentations, evaluation, and arranging different kinds of meetings and presentations. Document arrangement, such as SOP workflow, test plan, data analysis chart, meeting recap, etc. Provide training and support to the users. Work closely with internal departments to understand user requirements to provide functional requirements and perform operation/system-wise support. Handle ad-hoc arrangements/urgent issues. Requirements: Degree holder or above, preferably with experience in project coordination or related disciplines.3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, and PC knowledge. Excellent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Willing to travel to China and work overtime when needed.
