Responsibilities
Assist Service Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation, and budget control.
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
Prepare drawings, equipment submissions, and other method statements.
Prepare operation and maintenance manuals as required by the contract.
Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in E&M / Building Services / Maintenance / A&A contracts participation.
Good command of both English and Chinese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
