The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality hardgoods and collectables, driving product development from concept to market. This position requires a deep understanding of the market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for hardgoods and collectables. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop innovative product lines that align with market trends and consumer demands. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential sourcing opportunities. Ensure that all sourced products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency. Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely product launches and successful go-to-market strategies. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sourcing strategies and enhance product offerings. Requirements: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on hardgoods and licensed products. Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies, practices, and product development skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across various teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
