Responsibilities With the expansion of Biomedical Engineering Department, we are looking for a candidate to fill in the new position of Biomedical Equipment Technician: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Job Duties Technology review of medical equipment/ system Installation and commissioning of medical equipment/ system Repair and maintenance of medical equipment Monitoring medical equipment safety alerts Replacement planning and disposal management of medical equipment Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor Requirement Holder of a Higher diploma, or higher in Biomedical Engineering or related fields. Preferably with one year experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment. Fresh graduates are welcome. Knowledge in the operation of different testers and calibrators. Good communication skill with strong teamwork spirit. Demonstrates independent problem solving skills. Good computer skills, preferably with database management experience.
