Accountable for the execution of partnership distribution Direct marketing & Telemarketing (DMTM) strategy and daily operation of DMTM distribution channels.
Determine and execute the partnership distribution channel DMTM strategy to achieve business targets and growth in performance, efficiency, and profitability.
Oversee daily operations and development of DMTM channels, including sales tracking, Salesforce management, call center operations, sales campaigns, system and workflow enhancements, reporting, and data analytics to ensure sales targets and service levels are met.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure DMTM channel requirements are properly communicated and delivered.
Monitor progress of deliverables to ensure they meet timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Identify new market trends, technologies, and industry insights to improve channel performance, customer journey, and experience, and to inspire product development.
Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Form 7 graduate or above; university degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in direct marketing or telemarketing management or operations; insurance DMTM experience is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of direct marketing, telemarketing, and call center operations; project management knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
Excellent presentation skills with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Proactive, data-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for daily operations of DMTM partnership channels and acquisition.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key role in supporting partnership sales distribution and acquisition.
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
