Responsibilities: Conduct preliminary research and proof-of-concept validation for new projects, proposing innovative solutions and conducting feasibility analysis of key materials used in the products. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in existing products through root-cause analysis and experimental investigation to optimize manufacturing techniques. Implement best practices in additive manufacturing, including material selection, machine operation, and post-processing techniques. Based on individual interests and expertise, opportunities to collaborate with other teams on initiatives related to product development, marketing, and other strategic areas. Qualifications: Doctoral degree in industrial and systems engineering or material science or a related field from a top-tier university. Solid theoretical knowledge, innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate diverse information sources. Sharp observation skills, meticulous experimental practices and data recording habits, with the ability to identify subtle details, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and mitigate potential risks. Hands-on experience in designing and executing systematic experiments, and familiarity with at least one of the following areas: simulation, hardware design, embedded systems, algorithm development, or data analysis. Strong transferable skills, ability to work independently and manage task priorities according to project plans. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, comfortable working effectively within and across teams. Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
