Job Responsibilities: Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations and personal matters Sound knowledge in factory management esp.
in PRC labor regulations especially in compensation and benefit, assist in payment (PRC) calculation for leave, compensation and taxation Liaise with local government and follow up on project assigned Participate in salary & benefit, market surveys, industry's analysis Participate in ad hoc projects Job Requirements: University degree: major either in human resources management preferred or related disciplines Candidates with more than 7 years' experience Capable of meeting deadlines, pro-active, strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized Prefer experience in the manufacturing industry and a sizable company Strong experience in people management, interpersonal skill and capable in working in a dynamic environment High ethics level is required Willing to accept new challenges, result oriented and able to work independently Immediately available is highly preferred Proficiency in MS Office application (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing Station in PRC Dongguan plant is required Interested parties, please send your full resume stating your expected salary and date of availability to the Human Resources and Administration Department by email for application.
