**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware and software
Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users
Perform IT equipment administration
Perform user account management and system administration
Other ad-hoc project as required

Requirements:
Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year experience in system/network/computer support on Windows and Windows Servers and backup solutions
Experience in Web Server (IIS), MS SQL Server, Exchange Server & Active Directory will be an advantage
Good hardware troubleshooting and windows system/network diagnostic skills
Well-organized, open minded, responsible and able to work independently
Good communication skill in English and Chinese
Immediately availability is highly preferred
