THE COMPANY: Japanese company with over 70 years of history Manufacturer of electronic components, semiconductors, and parts for use in office automation products Hong Kong: trading office/sales office for Hong Kong & China market Main customers: Japanese office automation products manufacturers & brands located in Hong Kong & Guangdong Production plants in Japan, China, SE Asia, and the USWe are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE – with details as follows: THE JOB: Participate in order processing Provide professional customer service Handle customer enquiries and follow up Coordinate shipment to ensure on-time delivery Proficient in Japanese, English & Mandarin Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level Two (JLPT 2) or equivalent1+ years working experience in any business Experience in trading or manufacturing companies is a plus Experience in sales coordination/customer service/order processing/shipping/logistics or related is a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills PC proficient in Word, Excel & Power Point Mon to Fri 9am-5pm; 5 days work13 months salary + performance bonus Door-to-Door transportation allowance Lunch allowance: HK$50 per day Medical insurance Very few OT work is required Work location: Hunghom MTR 2 minutes walk TO APPLY: Please attach your CV with salary expected to resume@jpc.hk.
