Job Description THE COMPANY : Subsidiary of Japanese listed company Brand owner, manufacturer & marketer Hong Kong : trading office and sales office for HK, China & Asia market Main product : high technology industrial equipment & automation machinery for the electronic & PCB industries R&D and manufacturing plant : Japan We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES OFFICER - with details as follows : The Job Report to Sales Manager Work in Sales team of 5 members Identify and target potential clients in PCB industry and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Approach potential clients and solicit business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Company's equipment being sold. Provide accurate information about product features, specifications and configurations through standardized technical materials. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing equipment capabilities. Conduct product demonstrations and sample evaluation to illustrate how the equipment operates and its benefits. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and resellers to close deals. Prepare and present sales proposals, price list, quotations and contracts for customers. Assist clients with post-sale inquiries and provide ongoing support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment on products and customer needs. Provide feedback on customer experience and product performance to help improve customer satisfaction. Travel to client locations as necessary to meet with customers and present products. Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.
