Job Description
The Company:

US multinational company
Packaging and garment trims supplier & solution provider
Garment trims & paper packaging products: woven label, paper tag, printed label, etc.
Main clients: US and European market for global apparel brands

The Job:

Lead a sales team in daily operations, sales, and customer service
Supervise and coordinate team activities
Report and communicate program progress to the manager
Perform sales analysis and forecast monthly/quarterly performance
Assist and guide the team in resolving client issues
Manage project development to meet quality and timeline expectations
Collaborate with other departments to improve work processes
Monitor team performance to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Support team training and development

Qualifications:

University Degree preferred
5+ years experience in garment trims or printing/packaging industries
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in spoken English & Mandarin; written English
Willing to travel to China
5-day work week
