Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and milestones. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Assist in the preparation and management of costing, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion. Prepare weekly report to Senior Sales Manager. Tertiary education preferably in Project Management / Engineering / Business / Manufacturing / Product....or related Proficiency in project management software and tools.2+ years working experience in project coordination, preferably in the toys industry. Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes within the toys industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and handle unexpected challenges. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Familiarity with design and manufacturing software relevant to the toys industry (e.g., CAD, Pro E…) is advantageous. Understanding of the toys industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
