We are looking for Senior Service Manager (Material Handling Automation System) with the following qualifications: The Job: Job Summary: The Senior Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance activities related to automated systems, ensuring compliance with client and departmental standards, as well as statutory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of E&M engineering. Team Management: Manage the team by planning and implementing maintenance services on automated systems to meet client and departmental standards and statutory requirements. Supervision: Supervise routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities, closely monitoring work progress. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems and handle urgent and emergency repairs. Technical Advice: Provide technical advice for all levels of repair work. Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and routine checks. Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Educational Background: Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 10+ years of experience, of which 2+ years in managing automated systems in material handling industries. Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
