Senior Insights Manager (Individual Contributor) (Non-manufacturing based FMCG)
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Insights Manager to join our Marketing & Sales team. (Less Experience will be considered as Insights Manager) You will be an individual contributor, work in a fast-paced environment, and be responsible for managing and conducting data analysis, insights & studies for B2 C and B2 B business & leading new growth area development of the Brand.

Job Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, align objectives in line with strategic business goals.
Independently plan, design and execute annual market research studies.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for business strategy development and decision-making.
Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover actionable insights and trends.
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify opportunities for category expansion, customer growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Design and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that effectively communicate customer insights to stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer data analytics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead new growth area research and development, working closely with local & regional stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing FMCG market research trackers, FMCG Market Share data analysis and/or customer research independently (Less Experience will be considered as Insights Manager).
Solid understanding of research design, survey methodologies, statistical analysis techniques with best practices.
Self-motivated, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights, and present to key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of research outputs.
Solid understanding of market share data, customer segmentation techniques and customer lifecycle management.
