Program Description The Estée Lauder Companies is comprised of great brands, great people and great ideas. The Management Trainee Program is designed to provide exposure to the many disciplines within the Organization in a variety of Brands, Regions and Functions. After a series of customized rotations and job assignments, there is job placement that will accelerate career growth. This Program is rooted in the core mission of “Bringing the Best to Everyone We Touch.” This program is an intensive, highly competitive eighteen-month rotation program designed to attract top university graduates to pursue an accelerated pathway of career development. Program Structure The program consists of three 6-month long rotations designed to make the participant well-rounded and knowledgeable in a particular functional area such as marketing, digital/online, retail or creative for the business. Program Tracks The program tracks are linked to the strategic focus of the business and are subject to change based on business needs. Key Program Tracks include: Brands and Marketing Corporate Functions Retail How the Management Trainee Program Helps Participants Succeed Support from Leaders Close relationship with a program mentor to ensure a quality experience from recruiting through hiring, rotation assignments, and placement Guidance and sponsorship from a rotation manager Support from the Regional Program Team for customized developmental programs Regular feedback and coaching from managers to enhance professional development Opportunities to participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand broader business strategies Developmental Opportunities Welcome and Integration Program/Corporate Immersion: An onboarding experience designed to familiarize participants with the company culture, values, and operational systems Key Functional Capability Building: Specifically for Digital Marketing, Online, Social Media, or Retail Hands-On Retail Training: Practical training opportunities focused on key retail skills such as customer service excellence, sales techniques, and product knowledge Mentorship: Pairing participants with senior leaders for guidance, support, and insights into career development Project-Based Learning: Participants will have the chance to contribute to real-world projects that enhance operational efficiency or improve customer engagement strategies"Lunch and Learns" Sessions: Opportunities to expand the business network and gain insights from leaders' experiences and career advice Post-Program Placement Potential for permanent placement up to Assistant Manager or equivalent at the end of the program based on existing business needs as well as the participant’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and passion.
