Ensuring  production lines are safe,  effective  and efficient. Take the lead  to recover  from  production breakdown  due to machine and process problem. Responsibilities: 1. Process Improvement and Development: Lead projects  for process improvement ,  automation projects  and or new machine introduction  from kick-off to deployment including SMT processes, Testing processes, Work Cell optimization, introduction of Robotic / handlers in production etc. Provide  technical  supports  to the problem investigation and the process improvement. Provide training to all related parties including operators and technical staff. 2. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration: Execute preventive maintenance of all equipment in shop floor. Liaison with  3rd party for the repair and maintenance of all out-sourced services.Manage machine spare parts inventory.Prepare and maintain all machine maintenance related  document , work instructions and records. 3. Daily operations: Up hold the smooth daily running of the production lines (from SMT, Testing and packing) with support of machine setup, diagnosis and trouble shooting of any problem found. Prepare and maintain  production process related document and work instructions including the preparation of stencil design drawing, assembly drawing. Support MFG and ENG for  sample making and testing, where  required . Requirements: Degree  or above in  Manufacturing  Engineering  or equivalent d isciplines. Have  3 years or above working experience in manufacturing firms . Hands-on  experiences  in jig & fixture design  and line efficiency improvement . Knowledge in SMT production process, SMT machines and process automation. Strong analytical skill to turn findings into solutions with attention to details.
