Job Description THE COMPANY : Toys manufacturing and trading company Hong Kong office : 200 staff Dongguan factory : 3000 workers Main markets : US, Europe, Japan and Asia We are looking for PERSONAL ASSISTANT - with details as follows : The Job Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes·Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary Degree holder1+ years secretarial experience Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus Experienced in supervising daily admin operations Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)Provide support in special ad hoc projects when required Mon to Fri 9am-5pm; 5 days work Work-from-home for 3 hours on alternative Saturdays13 months salary + performance bonus Medical insurance Work-life balance culture TO APPLY For This Job Or Similar Jobs Please attach your CV with salary expected to resume@jpc.hk JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
