Lead a professional sales team to develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short- & long-term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers' strategies and priorities, external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and legislation. Coordinate an efficient One Philips approach to the customer by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Supply Chain team members at the account. Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities and drive key account customer Sales Plans to fulfill key account plan growth; fully leveraging the BMC operating model while increasingly supporting product, solutions, and services towards full portfolio standardization. Maintain and grow comparable sales and market share/share of wallet through funnel management and order intake. Research the accounts and their affiliated operating model, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategy to develop a Philips objective for the account and supporting account strategies. Act as a single point for strategic accounts and own relationships. Communicate, align, and work across departments to execute the account strategy. Analyze account status to understand the accounts and specific activity, leveraging the funnel into larger bulk buy and standardization opportunities. Responsible for Account funnel, forecast, and AOP performance through preparation and execution of the account plan. Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies. Systematically analyze and report on sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends. You're the right fit if: Bachelor’s degree with over 5+ years of solid experience in sales/business development. Preferably from the medical/healthcare/information technology industry. Demonstrated effective team leadership in leading the team to win in the market. Strong business management acumen, delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Ability to formulate strategies and concepts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
