Responsibilities: Lead a team to manage and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure a high food safety standard. Liaise with the Group Quality Assurance Department and work closely to update food safety and quality management system subject to local and international food safety regulations and standards. Develop new product guidelines, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and training materials for local and overseas markets. Implement, review, and update operation processes, controls, and documentation procedures for both local and overseas markets. Identify compliance/safety risks and provide advice with actionable plans to ensure standards and customer satisfaction are fulfilled. Conduct inspections, on-site monitoring, food sampling, and audits for stores. Provide food hygiene training to frontline staff. Monitor the performance of operations and suppliers if requested. Evaluate, audit, and track suppliers’ performance in terms of production process, hygiene quality, and timely inspection. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Food Science or any related disciplines. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance field, preferably in food retail or manufacturing industry. Familiar with Quality Management System, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Knowledgeable in Food Quality audits, International safety regulation SOP development, and product standards. Strong in HK food regulation and international food safety management systems. Self-motivated, well-organized, and a good team player. Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Good command of English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing.
