Responsibility Participate in the review and improvement of the current product and production process to increase productivity and consistence of quality; Test and refine new products, ensuring they meet performance, quality, process, and regulatory standards; Lead trial runs and product testing to ensure functionality, safety, and adherence to quality standards; Analyse test data and results, providing recommendations for product adjustments or improvements; Responsible the shelf-life testing and sensory evaluation; Provide detail information of control parameter to related department (QAQC and production); Testing of new or alternative raw materials; Maintain accurate records of research findings, experiments, and product development and improvement processes; Assist in ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirement Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or other related subjects; At least 5 years of practical experience in confectionery and icing-based industries with solid research & development experience; In-depth knowledge of food production, processing, and packaging, particularly in confectionery and icing sugar derivative products; Engage in process and product enhancement within manufacturing and participate in trial run testing; Business Trips to Mainland China/overseas is required; Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks; Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin/Cantonese and English; Proven expertise in food technology and recipe development; Adapt to work in a fast-paced and timeline-driven environment.
