Regional Human Resources Manager - Hong-Kong Regional HR Manager Our client is a leading Italian cosmetics brand known for its dynamic, fast-paced environment and a commitment to innovation. Operating through a franchise model, they are expanding their presence in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and seeking a talented HR leader to help drive this growth. As the Regional HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing HR operations across these markets. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this is a hands-on role requiring a strategic mindset and the ability to execute. Key Responsibilities: Set Up HR Operations: Build and implement HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up to support a growing team of approximately 20 people. Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts, develop talent strategies, and design programs to attract, retain, and develop employees. Regional Coverage: Oversee HR operations in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and business goals. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure the well-being of employees. Retail HR Support: Provide HR solutions tailored to the retail environment, focusing on workforce planning, training, and performance management. Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with franchise partners and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Requirements:10–15 years of HR experience, with a track record of setting up and building HR operations, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment. Experience in retail HR is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
